per i torrent ho installato BitTorrent e aperto la porta tcp/udp sulllo smart modem
Se quando hai tempo mi puoi fare uno screen delle impostazioni "Connessione", "Banda" e "Coda"(anche in privato...), mi fai un favore, ho provato ad impostare manualmente le porte su BitTorrent e non ha funzionato, mentre su Utorrent si, voglio dire, ho già fatto quella operazione... 
P.S.: se imposto uTorrent sotto i 4MB, sembra che regge, sembra......ma vorrei sfruttare a pieno la Banda, o almeno al 90%.........
